Thank you for your interest in vending at the 2025 Sassafras Moon Herb Fest! The quality of our vendors is what makes our festival worth coming to. We will review your application, if you are accepted, we will email you a payment link the following Wednesday.

Details for 'SASSYFEST' Sept 20, 2025
Requirements:

Handmade Herbal Products

No Multi-Level Marketing

Applications close when we reach 40 vendors

  • Vendor booth space $55
  • Non-profit booth space $28
  • Deadline for payment is June 30th
  • Vendor booth fee is non-refundable
  • Assigned booth spaces are 12' x 12'
  • Second booth space may be purchased at the same rate
  • 40 total booth spaces are available.
  • Festival footprint will include library parking lot and 3-way intersection blocked at Union St and Nolichucky Ave.

  • LOAD IN at 7:00am-9:30am; All autos out by 9:30am for road blockage.
  • Festival opens 10am, free classes begin at 11am.
  • Festival closes at 5pm
  • Please refrain from packing up and closing booth until festival close
  • LOAD OUT 5-6pm.

  • We will again have volunteers to assist with load-in and load-out.

  • Erwin has free downtown wifi and free parking all over town.

  • If severe inclement weather arises beyond rain, cancellation will be announced at 6:30am on event day. Should this happen, vendor fees refunded minus Shopify fees.
  • Please send up to 3 promotional images to [email protected] upon application acceptance. (If we do not receive your promotional images, you will not be in the vendor spotlights.)
